Wilderness First Aid & Mountain Safety, Rescue and Trail Navigation Training

Date: May 20, 2024Location: Thamel, Kathmandu

Kathmandu Environmental Education Project (KEEP) in collaboration with Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN) has organized three days’ training on “Wilderness First Aid & Mountain Safety, Rescue and Trail Navigation” from 20 to 22nd May, 2024. The main aim of this program was to provide basic life skill training on First Aid, Rescue and Trail Navigation that are essential components of trekking and tourism industry. The total number of participants were 30. This program was technically supported by KEEP in coordination with TAAN under the Sustainable Tourism and Livelihood Recovery Project (STLRP) by UNDP/Nepal Tourism Board (NTB).
