The support provided by generous donors from the Czech Republic made a valuable contribution to KEEP’s Porter Clothing & Welfare Centre and its ongoing programs. The contribution included essential support for the Centre as well as financial assistance to strengthen KEEP’s various activities and initiatives.
The support will contribute to improving the well-being of porters who work in challenging conditions in the Himalayan region. By supporting the Porter Clothing & Welfare Centre, the initiative helps promote greater comfort, dignity, and respect for porters and their important contribution to the tourism and trekking sector.
